Do you have a physical shop? Yes, we are located at 265 East Main Street, East Hampstead, NH 03826. We are open 5 days a week to the public. Please view our "visit the shop" tab on this site for all current hours & details on visiting the shop.
Do you ship internationally? We do not currently ship internationally.
Winter Shipping During the winter months, extreme temperatures are out of our hands. If the weather is below 45 in your area, please consider including a heat pack in your order! We have 72 hour heat packs available for purchase alongside your orders. These 72 hour heat packs provide a constant release of heat while your plant is in transit to it's destination. If you purchase a heat pack and something is to happen weather related by chance, please contact us @firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery. We are happy to help you from there! If you DO NOT purchase a heat pack and something weather related is to happen to your purchase, please contact us the same as above, for a partial refund and the next steps. We strongly advise including some extra security while shipping, we do not want you to end up with a damaged plant due to weather.
